Order Cancellations
Once your order for Volle padel gear is confirmed, we move quickly to get it ready for the court!
- Confirmed orders cannot be automatically cancelled.
- To request a cancellation before your order ships, please email our dedicated Volle Customer Service Team immediately at hello@vollepadel.com.
- Cancellation requests are not guaranteed. Once our team reviews your request, we will notify you whether we were successful in stopping the shipment of your Volle apparel.
Beyond Volle's Control: Delivery & Shipment Issues
Please be aware that Refunds or Reshipments are not available from Volle in the following delivery scenarios, as they are outside of our control:
- Address Errors / Change of Address: Orders shipped with insufficient or incorrect address details provided by the customer. We are unable to make post-order changes once processing begins.
- Unpaid customs duties/taxes: If required customs duties are not paid on time by the recipient, the parcel will be destroyed by customs, and a refund cannot be issued.
- Customs Delays: Delays resulting from inspection or clearance by your local country's customs authority.
- Post-Delivery Losses: If the shipment tracking is officially marked as "Delivered" by the courier service.
- Parcel Refusal: If the recipient refuses to accept the delivery of the Volle parcel upon arrival.
Taxes and Duties
At Volle, we want to make your checkout experience as smooth as possible. Because we ship our padel wear worldwide, tax handling varies depending on your location.
DDP (Delivery Duty Paid)
DDP shipping is used for shipments to all countries with the exception of Indonesia.
Your order will be delivered with no additional charges
DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid)
DDU shipping is used for shipments to Indonesia. If you are a customer in Indonesia, you are required to pay local tax and duty when you receive your order.
Indonesian Shipments: Tax ID Requirement
Indonesia Customers are required to pay local tax and duty when you receive your shipment.
To ensure smooth customs clearance and compliance with local Indonesian tax laws, all customers are required to supply a valid Tax Identification Number for the recipient.
- The preferred ID is the NPWP (Nomor Pokok Wajib Pajak – a 15-digit Tax Identification Number).
- If you are an individual recipient and do not have an NPWP, you must provide an alternative ID:Indonesian Nationals: Your NIK (Nomor Induk Kependudukan / KTP ID Number).Foreigners/Expats: Your Passport Number.
Please Note: Using an alternative ID (NIK or Passport) in place of an NPWP may result in Indonesian Customs applying a higher Income Tax rate to your shipment.
