We are genuinely sorry if you've received a faulty or incorrect item. We understand how frustrating this can be, and the Volle team is here to make things right quickly!

If you have received a defective or incorrect item, please contact our Customer Service team immediately. We will work promptly to resolve the issue and provide you with a replacement or a full refund, based on your preference.

To initiate this, please email us at hello@vollepadel.com within 14 days of delivery.

Please note that issues related to general wear and tear, change of mind, fitting issues, or misuse are not covered under our faulty item policy.

Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to process once the package is marked delivered to our warehouse. You will be notified by email when the refund is issued.

If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days, please contact us at hello@vollepadel.com for assistance.

We are not offering direct exchanges at the moment.

You'll need to follow the return process for the item you would like to swap and then place a new order for the items you want.

Orders can only be cancelled prior to shipment from our warehouse. To request a cancellation, please email hello@vollepadel.com for confirmation. We cannot guarantee successful cancellation if your order is already being processed for shipment.
