RETURN POLICY
We will gladly accept returns within 14 days after delivery.
Return Conditions:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, stain-free, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
- A maximum of 6 returned items are accepted per order.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties or taxes.
- A $5.45 restocking fee per item will be deducted from your refund.
- Original outbound shipping fees are not refundable.
Return Process:
- To initiate a return, please email your ORDER NUMBER to hello@vollepadel.com and specify which items from the order you would like to return.
- Returns in the EU are processed through our Europe warehouse, UK returns are processed through our UK warehouse and Asia returns are processed through our Hong Kong warehouse.
- Please use the return address provided in our approval email. (Do not use the shipping address from your original package.)
- You are responsible for picking your own courier.
- Ship your return within 7 days of receiving approval.
- Please email the return tracking number to hello@vollepadel.com once you ship the parcel. (We are not responsible for lost returns.)
- Once we have received your return, we will assess your returned item/s to ensure they comply with our returns policy.
Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed after the return parcel is marked as delivered to our warehouse.
FAQs
We are genuinely sorry if you've received a faulty or incorrect item. We understand how frustrating this can be, and the Volle team is here to make things right quickly!
If you have received a defective or incorrect item, please contact our Customer Service team immediately. We will work promptly to resolve the issue and provide you with a replacement or a full refund, based on your preference.

Please note that issues related to general wear and tear, change of mind, fitting issues, or misuse are not covered under our faulty item policy.
Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to process once the package is marked delivered to our warehouse. You will be notified by email when the refund is issued.

We are not offering direct exchanges at the moment.
You'll need to follow the return process for the item you would like to swap and then place a new order for the items you want.
Orders can only be cancelled prior to shipment from our warehouse. To request a cancellation, please email hello@vollepadel.com for confirmation. We cannot guarantee successful cancellation if your order is already being processed for shipment.
