Your order
Can I cancel or change my order?
Write to us at hello@vollepadel.com as soon as possible with your order number and exactly what you would like to change. Orders move into processing quickly, so we cannot guarantee every request — but we will always do our best.
Once your order has been dispatched, a cancellation is no longer possible. If your parcel has already arrived and you would like to make a return, please see our returns policy below.
I entered the wrong delivery address — what should I do?
Contact us immediately at hello@vollepadel.com with your order number and the correct address. Once processing has begun, we are unable to make changes.
Please note: orders dispatched to an incorrect address cannot be reshipped or refunded, so it is worth double-checking your details at checkout before placing your order.
I haven't received an order confirmation — is something wrong?
Check your spam or junk folder first — confirmation emails do sometimes land there. If there is nothing after a few minutes, it is possible a typo in your email address is to blame. Write to us at hello@vollepadel.com with your name and the approximate order time and we will look into it.
How do I track my order?
A tracking link is sent to you by email as soon as your order ships. If your tracking hasn't updated in a few days, this can sometimes happen during transit — particularly around customs. Reach out to us and we will help you check the status.

Where do you ship to?
We ship across Europe, Asia and the UAE. If your country is not showing at checkout, write to us at hello@vollepadel.com and we will do our best to help.
How long will my order take to arrive?
In-stock pieces are dispatched within two business days. Delivery times from dispatch are:
- Europe — 5–8 business days
- Asia — 6–8 business days
- United Arab Emirates — approximately 9 business days
Customs delays are rare but can add time. These are outside our control, though we are always happy to help you track your parcel.
How much does shipping cost? When is it free?
- Europe — EUR 10, complimentary from EUR 150
- Asia — USD 10, complimentary from USD 150
- United Arab Emirates — AED 36, complimentary from AED 735
The free shipping threshold applies to the order subtotal before taxes.
Duties & taxes
No surprises at the door
Will I be charged import duties or taxes?
This depends on where you are ordering to:
- European Union — tax and duty is included in the displayed price. The price you see is the price you pay.
- UAE, Singapore, Philippines & India — no local tax or import duty is payable on delivery.
- Indonesia — local tax and duty applies on receipt. A tax ID is required — see below.
- All other regions — import duties may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.
I'm ordering to Indonesia — what do I need to know?
Indonesian customs require a valid tax ID to process your parcel. Please include it in your order notes at checkout, or email it to hello@vollepadel.com after placing your order.
NPWP (15-digit Tax Identification Number) — preferred. Indonesian nationals without an NPWP may use their NIK (KTP ID Number). Expats and foreign nationals may use their Passport Number. Please note that using an alternative ID may result in a higher income tax rate applied by Indonesian customs.
What happens if customs duties are not paid on delivery?
Parcels held by customs that are not collected or cleared will be destroyed by the carrier. Unfortunately, refunds cannot be issued in these cases. We strongly recommend paying any applicable duties promptly on delivery to avoid this.
Returns & refunds
If something isn't right
What is your returns policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. No restocking fees. Items must be unwashed, unaltered and stain-free — tried on for fit is fine — with tags attached and original packaging intact. A maximum of six items can be returned per order.
Return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties are the responsibility of the customer. Original outbound shipping fees are not refunded.
How do I start a return?
Email hello@vollepadel.com with your order number and the items you would like to return. We will send you an approval email with your return address — please do not use the address on your original package.
Once approved, ship your return within 14 days using a courier of your choice, then send us the tracking number. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit, so we recommend using a tracked service.
Returns are processed to the following warehouses:
- EU orders — Europe warehouse
- UK orders — UK warehouse
- Asia orders — Hong Kong warehouse
When will my refund be processed?
Once your return parcel is marked as delivered to our warehouse, we will assess the items to confirm they meet our returns conditions. Please allow up to 10 business days from that point for your refund to be processed. You will hear from us if there are any issues.
Do you offer exchanges?
Yes — size exchanges are our preferred path when the fit isn't quite right. Email hello@vollepadel.com with your order number, the item you would like to exchange, and the size you need. We will confirm availability and send return instructions.
Exchange items must meet the same conditions as returns: tried on for fit is fine. Tags attached, original packaging intact.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
We are sorry — this should not happen. Please email hello@vollepadel.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photograph of the item. We will make it right.

Finding your fit
How do I find my size?
Our size guide covers women's and men's measurements in both centimetres and inches, including bust, waist and hip, with international size conversions for women. We recommend measuring yourself and comparing against our garment measurements for the best result.
Are the measurements body measurements or garment measurements?
The measurements in our size guide are garment measurements — the dimensions of the piece itself, not your body. Our pieces are designed with a fitted but comfortable cut, so if you are between sizes we recommend sizing up.
I'm between sizes — which should I choose?
We recommend sizing up. Our fabrics have four-way stretch, so the larger size will still move with you through a full match — and feel right for the whole day beyond it. Still not sure? Write to us and we can help you decide.
Do the women's skirts have built-in shorts?
Yes. All Volle women's skirts include built-in liner shorts — designed to move with you and stay in place through every rally. No adjusting. No thinking about it.

What fabrics do you use?
Each fabric in our collection is chosen specifically for its garment — lightweight, moisture-wicking, and four-way stretch. Built to move through a full match without missing a beat, and to feel just as right when the game is done.
- Women's tops & skirts — Sol 85% Polyester, 15% Spandex · 190gsm
- Men's shirts — Forma 90% Polyester, 10% Spandex · 105gsm
- Men's shorts — Velo Super Lightweight Micro Spandex · 120gsm
Do the ball pockets work for left-handed players?
Yes. Ball pockets on all Volle pieces are ambidextrous — built for both hands. It was one of the first things we noticed was missing when we started designing. It is not an afterthought. It is why Volle exists.
How should I care for my Volle pieces?
Follow the care label on each garment. As a general guide: machine wash cold, gentle cycle. Avoid fabric softener, which can break down technical fibres over time. Do not tumble dry — lay flat or hang to dry away from direct sunlight. Do not iron directly on printed or embroidered details.
Where are your garments made?
Our pieces are produced in Vietnam with carefully selected manufacturing partners. Every garment goes through quality checks before it reaches you.
Do you have a men's collection?
Yes. Shirts and shorts, designed with the same attention to detail as the women's collection — built for the court, and everything that follows. You can find the men's range here.
Will there be new collections?
New collections are part of who we are. The best way to hear about them first is to join our community using the sign-up at the bottom of the page — we share new arrivals and early access there before anywhere else.
